PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the "View Cart" link and proceed to checkout.

SHOPPING ONLINE
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please contact us for our mailing address.

SHIPPING
UPS ground shipping costs are calculated based on total order amount, as follows:

Under $30.00 = $5.95
$30.01 - $60.00 = $6.95
$60.01 - $100.00 = $7.95
$100.01 - $150.00 = $8.95
$150.01 and above = $9.95

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

TURN-AROUND TIME
Mini Monograms has a turn-around time of 7 to 10 business days. For shipped items, add approximately 1 additional week. Additional shipping charges will apply to rush orders.

Have a unique idea? At Mini Monograms we aim to please. If there is an idea that you would like us to consider, please select the “Contact us” page. Submit your order and it will be reviewed. We will do our best to create your vision. Additional charges may apply. Contact us for an estimate.

Let us know if your order is a gift and we will include a bag, ribbon and tissue paper at no additional charge. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be added with a personalized message for no charge. Please enter your message in the comment box during checkout.

Mini Monograms offers a Gift Registry to expectant mothers. Select the gift registry page to get registered today! Contact us for any quetions about this process.

Any gifts that are not purchased on an expectant mom's gift list may be bought by the new mom at a 20% discount.

RETURN POLICY
Orders will be completed according to the information given by the customers. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. Any mistakes made by Mini Monograms will be promptly redone and shipped immediately.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
